     COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE

     Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout Southern California.Concentrate on new and existing commercial development projects.
  • Work with other team members to establish relationships and database information on property owners.
  • Follow real estate industry guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Prospect to expand contact database daily.
  • Coordinate leads and developing mass marketing efforts.
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date notes for all ongoing transactions.

       Desired Skills & Experience

  • California DRE Sales Associate/BrokerÕs license.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred, but not necessary.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, leasing, entrepreneurial roles or commercial real estate preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
  • People skills, negotiating capabilities and a knack for establishing relationships.
  • A high level of technical business knowledge and excellent analytical, reasoning and strategic abilities.
